People's Court

As the Occupy movement gains a voice in our media and government one particular moment has been under appreciated. A couple of weeks ago Cornell West facilitated a trial of Goldman Sachs in Zuccotti Park. While this action staged early in the movement may have little implication it can serve as a model and a way to send a message. If Occupy camps around the country were to follow suit a powerful message could be sent to our government. Mock trials around the country would be a way to target the 1% and their representatives.Building a case against a ceo or politician and putting them on trial would be a way to educate people on the illegal or unethical actions of our ruling class and get a discussion going on the way to approach accountability.Mass trials would let the government know we expect serious, and transparent investigations and that the 99% is coming for you.We expect policy and actions that benefit the whole country and will not tolerate protection of the rich.

Rampant Mental Illness In The U.S. Government And The Discussion We Need To Have

At a time when America's confidence in the federal government is at an all time low I have to wonder how is it possible to have gotten so far off track.I am trying to think of something that we do that is honorable or respectable and nothing comes to mind.We were widely considered to be the greatest country on Earth. What have we done to deserve this title. When was the last time America's vision served the people and not an oil company or corporate agenda. It has been so long since there was an American policy that served to benefit the majority that I would need a history book to find out when the last time was...OK I'm back now and  I believe it was 1933-36 when FDR proposed a series of economic and social reforms known as the New Deal. What would America look like if we had continued investing in our infrastructure and future. We will  never know the answer to this question because we now struggle to fight the policies serving the few that have created a global economic, social, and environmental problems like we have never seen in our history. How can our government continue to serve the interests of those that clearly have no respect for people or the future of their children. It is so incredibly unbelievable that our current political incompetence must be related to some sort of neuro-parasite that is attracted to greed.Like in the studies that have been done on Wall Street traders where they perform an MRI scan on the brain and have found that money making is the same as ingesting cocaine. The 1% and their government may suffer from a real sickness comparable to drug addiction which is evidenced by narcissistic and sociopathic desires and the great lengths to which they will go to fulfill these desires.People will like to say the idea that an infection or mental disorder affecting our power elites is totally crazy and I agree, it's like the plot to some zombie movie where the few are eating the many. The thing that I find the craziest is the many allowing the few to get away with their behavior. How crazy is it to spend billions of dollars to kill thousands of people to create more hatred against us so we have to fight more wars and kill more people to create more enemies so we can have more wars, all so a handfull of corporations can scam us out of billions more  dollars. And we do this while record numbers of our citizens are drowning in debt, underemployed , living in poverty and dying because they dont have health insurance. We are allowing a relationship between our government and the power elites which is clearly intent on profits over people and is immoral and unsustainable at the very least. At the worst it is criminal and fatal to life in general. We as a society have a responsibility to create a new government that is truly of the people, for the people and by the people. As the Occupy movement starts to discuss demands we may as well include how we will reform our government providing real accountability, checks and balances, and a code of ethics demanding the highest of standards from our public representatives.

I found Jesus

Like many other people in this country I have been searching for Jesus. I am sure there are many reasons people want to find Jesus but I must admit my own reasons are simply out of curiosity. I want to know why Jesus hasn’t issued a statement in support of the 99% . Has Jesus been affected by the economy? Have his activities been hindered by budget cuts? Has he lost his direct line to God because he can’t pay the phone bill. I wonder if Jesus is hurting as bad as the rest of us and why he has remained silent for so long. I wonder if  there is a great evil at work and if Jesus is in serious trouble.
As I thought about ways I might find out about the status of Jesus I recalled a sign I saw in a photograph from Occupy Wall Street that said “Satan is running Wall Street”. Could this be true? It definitely sounds plausible and makes perfect sense the more I think about it. Now I wonder ,if Satan is running Wall Street  would he also have time to run our corporate media complex? Of course he would, who else could  repeat the lies they tell with a straight face. I suspect there is a great evil at work and that Jesus is in serious trouble.
Now there is no more time to waste I need to find Jesus and see if he is ok. Where could he be? As far as I know nobody in this country has had actual contact with Jesus for quite some time. Unless, is it possible Jesus has been here and Satan told his media empire to bury the story? Yes,I am sure this is true and I’ll bet if I just google Jesus I can find someone who has seen him. After googling Jesus I know that there is a great evil at work and Jesus is in serious trouble.
It turns out that after all these years Jesus was living in the same town that I live in ,but as of last May Jesus doesn’t live here any more. Jesus was arrested two months ago and sent to a corporate detention facility where he was beaten and tortured before being deported. I chose not to notice there was a great evil at work and Jesus was in serious trouble.
